Ralph Peters penned an essay for a leading neocon group calling for future US military attacks on media outlets and journalists. In the journal of the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA), Peters wrote, "future wars may require censorship, news blackouts, and, ultimately, military attacks on the partisan media. ... [A] media establishment that has forgotten any sense of sober patriotism may find that it has become tomorrow's conventional wisdom. The point of all this is simple: Win. In warfare, nothing else matters. If you cannot win clean, win dirty. But win." Of course, what Peters is advocating is not new, nor does he need to propose it as a policy for "future wars." It is already a de facto US policy to target journalists. The US has consistently attacked journalists and media organizations in modern wars. In the 1999 US-led NATO bombing of Yugoslavia, Gen. Wesley Clark, then the Supreme Allied Commander of NATO, ordered an air strike on Radio Television Serbia, killing 16 media workers, including make-up artists and technical staff, an action Amnesty International labeled a "war crime." The Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge is one of three Santiago Calatrava-designed bridges being built over the Trinity River in Dallas, Texas (USA) as part of the Trinity River Project. Construction on the bridge began in spring 2007 with the steel being manufactured in an Italian steel factory often used by Calatrava to manufacture his designs. The factory made the steel for his Athens stadium. Upon completion, it will connect Spur 366 (Woodall Rodgers Freeway) in downtown to Singleton Boulevard in west Dallas. The cable-stayed bridge is to cost $93 million, its total length will be 1870 feet (570 m) with a main-span of 1197 feet (365 m), and an apex-height of 400 feet (122 m). Cable car across Barcelona port - Transbordador Aeri del Port. For amazing views of Barcelona city, don't miss the port cable car, which travels every 10-15 minutes across Port Vell of Barcelona from Montjuic mountain in front of the newly opened 5 star Miramar Hotel on Montjuic to the San Sebastia beach at Barceloneta. The cabins hold 19 persons and are suspended 70 m above the sea. The red port cable cars was opened on 11th November 1931, probably as a late arrival for the 1929 World Exhibition in Barcelona. There are 2 cable car towers, Sant Sebastià on Barceloneta beach where you can get on and off and which has an exclusive restaurant called Torre de Alta Mar on the top floor. The middle tower is called Jaume I and is in front of the World Trade Center and the five star Eurostars Grand Marina Hotel GL in Barcelona on the pier or quay called Moll de Barcelona or also called Moll 18.
